Can anyone help me increase my ad rating? Currently I'm at 5/10 I'm at a pretty low bid but hoping I can keep this bid and still get some clicks.

My keywords are homes for sale in phoenix az and houses for sale in phoenix az

I'm aware the keywords aren't anywhere on the page is this going to be a big difference? I can't place it anywhere but the sidebar will it even help?

    You mean that's the site you are running ads in adwords, right?

    You don't necessesarily need keywords on a page if a clicker
    gets what they want.

    But you do have a "Lorem ipsum" blog post. Lorem ipsum is old
    fashioned gibberish to fill in text as an example. You need
    to get rid of that, that's for sure.

    That means your page is under construction.

    Unless you stop scraping MLS's, and become a "real" estate
    broker, 5/10 is as good as you are probably going to get.

    I can't imagine why anyone in Phoenix would need your site.
    The are better served by going to a licensed real estate agent,
    trulia, or zillow.

    It also looks like you require some sort of login signup, another
    ding in QS.
