Is Google Punishing My Website?

I used some articles from Article Builder that aren't unique and my #2 ranking in Google for a keyword has dropped to #17. I've been using unique articles only after that happened and I can not seem to get back to position #2, not to mention #1, and my ranking keeps dropping. I have 4 keywords that I rank on the 2nd page of Yahoo and Bing but fell off the map on Google for most of those keywords. Is Google punishing my website for content that I used from Article Builder that was not unique? If so, is it fixable or do I need to scrap the website?

It doesn't seems like a penality. if the site was penalized, you wouldn't find it on number 17th.
Penalized site usually falls back to 10th page.
