So you want to rank a weebly page? This is on 10 for the keyword. Build some high PR backlinks to it. Also build backlinks to internal web pages of the site. I see you did not made any attention on onpage SEO. Build some contextual anchor text backlinks from internal pages to the target page.

By the way what is the purpose of optimizing a sub-domain for just 10 ems keyword?

Don't worry about the amount of searches. As long as Google suggest your keyword, especially long tail keywords, GO FOR IT! NO keyword tool will give you accurate data on the amount of searches a keyword gets. In fact, go for "florist st helens oregon" since it includes your original keyword in it.

As far as ON-page SEO, put a keyword rich video and keyword rich "alt tag" images on the page. Of course, have the keyword in the Title, but as PART of the whole title. In other words, don't make it obvious to Google that you are trying to rank for that keyword.

OFF-page SEO wise, make VARIATIONS of your keyword in the anchor text and probably only around 15% max, i.e. florist St. Helens, Florist st helens, st helens, OR floursit, etc.

Also, use the domain name as anchor texts, again VARIATIONS of it.

The other 85% can be random anchor texts. This is just a guideline from what I learned from Becker and Greg Morrison. This will change eventually when Google updates its algorithm and you will only know the right ratio is if you do testing. Subscribe to Alex Becker's email. He keeps up with this stuff.

BTW, floriststhelens.com is available as of this post

      Good luck with this venture!

I would advice you to go with another domain... But if you like it, then continue writing content, build backlinks to your INNER pages (via Social Bookmarking sites, Forums, Directories, etc.)

If your website is not getting ranked on search engine then you have to do proper search engine optimization for your website. First of all focus to on page optimization of your website, check for meta tags, title tags, description, keyword etc. After that you have to focus on off page optimization, select niche related sites for making backlinks for your website. These will help you to get your niche related traffic. Optimize your keywords and contents.

As others have said, the first step is getting your own domain and hosting. As far as on-page SEO, your keyword density doesn't look too bad. "Flower" is a bit high at 4.12%.

However, your first priority should be reliability. The site isn't very readable. This is a local US site, so the grammar needs to be top-notch. Additionally, a lot of the copy seems repetitive.

On the whole, you get what you pay for.

Get yourself a domain. Free domains will not rank so easy and you will meet problems like CMS, bad dashboard. I personally don't think you will can.
