I have a site about 25 days old that after ten days ranked at around the 50-60 spot on my main keywords, and continued to climb quickly as social signals and quality backlinks were coming in. I ran the site on audits such as woorank and JuxSEO and got great scores, no crawlability problems or anything. The 20th of May my site just disappeared, not completely, the site can be found by searching for the domain name but the site disappeared from the SERPS of the few keywords that I targeted. It has been this way for 10 days and I'm starting to worry. Could it have anything to do with the Panda update or is my site just simply being revalued by Google as it's getting older and starting to gain reputation?

EDIT:
After twelve days my site is back in the SERPS. It seems as though new sites dance much longer than older ones. There was no real issue with the content, just the famous Google "dance".

If you have duplicate contents on your site then yes, you may be penalized by Google, again your site is just 25 days old and new site always face "Google Dancing" part..So wait and try working on its SEO..also don't build tons of links..start slowly...

Funny you mentioned this, I had a less than a month-old site too. The only difference was, I have thrown 1 or 2 backlinks for the site and only worked on developing the content + on-page SEO. It landed on 6th to 7th page on some targeted keywords without having much backlinks.

I think 10 days is quite long for Panda dance. My keywords' rank is going up and down to but it never went too far from its current position.

If your site is indexed therefore the pages are still credible for ranking. There should be no problem in ranking within top 100 if the page is properly optimized.

Anyway, this should not stop you from building quality links to the pages you wish to rank. Don't overdo link building for a new site but be consistent with the backlinks.

Thanks for the answers guys. As for kid3378, I built very few backlinks. 15 or so web 2.0 backlinks with GSA using only the SERengines engines. Maybe 10 are indexed. It might just be a dance, but a quite long one.

If you were not blasting backlinks then the problem is not with links. Are the keywords not too competitive?

The panda update was suppose to devaluate pages which are duplicate or pages with thin content + excessive links.

Try to observe more days if the your pages would catapult in ranking but continue developing the site.

    Update on the issue guys!
It seems that a Google dance can last for twelve days. Site is back on track and performing great in the SERPS now. I will be cautious with the link building but it seems that there was no real issue with the site.
