I do not know whether you have spelled it purposefully. Ideally it should be anchor text links. However in a funny context anchor text links make google anger against your sites, so anger link also correct

Good ways to get links

* Share your contents in social media sites like facebook, google+, linkedin and twitter

* Publish your articles / contents in niche relevant sites with naked url backlink. No follow is also good. Remember the point here is to drive some targeted traffic to your website.

* Answer Q & A sites or forum in your niche with useful answers. Do not spam or use anchor texts. Plain url links in highly relevant niche forums works great for traffic. Whatever seo purpose it serves is just bonus.

* Create videos and share it in video sites like youtube, vimeo etc

* Create informative power point slides and share them in PPT sites like authorstream

* Create original infographics and share it with niche relevant sites and infographic sharing sites

* Remember too much of anything is NOT Good.

* Built links regularly and slowly. 100's of links in a single day and nothing for few months is not going to do anything good for your site.

* Moderate the comments in your site and provide answers to your users questions or queries.

I'd also add guest posting to the list. Its not spammy yet, but Google doesn't like it much now as per posts by Matt Cutts.
