New tLD domain not accepted on many websites

I have a new .estate tLD. A lot of websites and directories don't accept the domain name when I try to submit it.
I am using a .com domain to do a 301 redirect to my https://seek.estate domain and submitting the .com domain instead.
What will happen to my backlink profile and PR when Google crawls these directories and finds the .com domain and then gets redirected to my .estate domain. Will all the link juice pass through?
