Post Makeover Critique - Where to Go with SEO

Hello, everyone. I recently was the winner for a member makeover for a community I am part of (platform building). The strongest suggestion, which I agree with, is that I need to niche down to serve adult men with high functioning autism with relationship building.

My value proposition would be as follows - I help high-functioning adults with Aspergers learn healthy relational skills, so they can achieve successful, lasting romantic relationships.

Now, my site is targeted with a Silo Structure to broad keyword categories that are generating traffic. I would need to remove at least one page (Parenting Children with Aspergers).

A suggestion was that I change my url as well, but I am concerned that by doing so, I would get rid of all my helpful keywords.

Help?

Can I keep my main URL title, but mainly optimize my brand with upgraded design and focus?

Your URL is fine, although a nice .com domain looks more professional.

    1. Start researching longtail niche keywords in the Aspergers niche. Go after low hanging fruit and simply answer the top 10 commonly asked questions in your niche. This will help increase traffic and build a loyal following.

    2. Invest in a responsive theme at ThemeForest or Premium Wordpress Theme site. Usually costs around $55. This will give you a sleek professional look that you can customize for cheap. Woothemes, Themeforest and Solostream have amazing themes for a bargain.

    3. Focus on email marketing and start collecting email addresses. Then you'll strengthen your brand.

Continue focusing on the content. It's easy to move Wordpress to another domain and redirect all the links in the future if you want.
