      Thanks Lucid... Lastly, I want to get my new site running before Monday morning when my web developer gets back to me.... so could you let me know if it is ok for me to place the conversion tracking code as show below inbetween some PHP?

      I noticed in the code that this text below only ever shows when the submission form completes, hence it would be the appropriate place to place the code but was not sure if I could mix it with the PHP or not.

      if($step=='done')
      {
      ?>
      <span class="maintxt"><br>
      </span>
      <p class="maintxt">TEXT SHOWN TO USER AFTER FORM HAS BEEN SUBMITTEDp>

      GOOGLE CONVERSION CODE

      <?php

      }

    That is the way it's done. You have to show the conversion code in the page the user sees if he submits your form.

    The <p> element is not closed properly

    Thanks for that... about the P element, it was just a typo when I was posting the query. In the website it is definitely closing properly!
