Google play store and Itunes on top!!!!!

hello warriors,

I'm planing to launch a flash game site, but i have one problem. When i looked in google search first site on this keyword was official site of game developer, on second place there was google play store, then another flash game site and on forth place itunes, others were ordinary sites.

How do you think if i make a flash game site and rank it on third or maybe second place, wiil it cause any problems in terms of privacy and policy. cause i'm not an official owner of this game.

    Not sure if I fully understand the question, but I don't see how it would cause a problem unless the advertiser makes mention that they don't want you to promote through SEO.
