ok I checked. I found another source of analytic.

Our domain was changed. we transfer the content in a new domain.

that analytic is working.

Should I change it?

Well if you have Re Install Google Analytic code without plugin that now delete your Google Analytic profile & than again setup first Google Analytic & than install Google Analytic code to your website.

Try putting the fresh tracking code again and wait for 15mins !! to get it working .... one more thing make sure that you are putting the analytics code just before closing the header tag.

No need to add plugin just create your code and add it manually in site.
and check it in source code, is there available ?

I think this issue is related with only code. Please check your tracking code or it is placed in proper section or not.

If you have just added the plugin and created your Google Analytics account then you may not get stats for your web site. It takes around 24 hours (I am not sure exact hours) for Google Analytics to generate the stats for your web site.

Google analytics has released new version it is not little bit user friendly. But is using advance versions. It is good. compare to previous version of google analytics and newer version there are lot of changes,. Some times it wont work,

Hello friend, I think you should remove plugin from your CMS and then either you can reinstall it or you can add Google Analytic tracking code manually in your website's header section. I think second option is better. If you know about tracking codes then you can manually install GA. you can place this code on header section of your website. Thanks.
