Critique on my backlinking strategy

Hi to all warriors
I am not new here but seriously stuck with backlinking strategy I have found.What I have found that google Loves Buffer sites and especially EZA, But that Doesn't mean that I simply hastened to EZA and publish them, Oh m going out sorry
1- first I wrote 3 article related to niche and post one of them, pinging for fast index
2- publish second article to wordpress, squidoo lenz, blogger, and EZA.and other buffer sites.
3- offering more articles related to niche and send juice to money sites
4- write resourse in quote "" and found webmasters and where my article syndicated especially in case of EZA and simply offering them for more
but I m not Succeeded yet, It seem that m missing some point or something went wrong.
Please critique my strategy honestly

    Web 2.0s by themselves are not great links you need to do a second tier to provide backlinks to your Web 2.0s. I would not use Squidoo for linking the links are all nofollow so no juice is flowing. Reaching out to other bloggers is a fine idea but don't expect them all to take you up on your offers. Start by comment on their blogs (valuable comments), build some rapport and then email them for a guest post or syndication.

    You need to bring more diversity to your backlinking plan. Only article links won't get you to top, unless your keyword is extremely less competitive.

    I agree, put some good comments on some relative blogs, blogs that are highly correlated with yours and make the comment at least 25 words.

    You need a huge second tier for those links to do any impact. Without a second tier those links are similar to blog comments.

    Have you thought of being a Wikipedia contributor? I'm doing that now and eventually you could put a link in a wiki page - and you should have favorable results.

    PBNs are working fine now a days. Try to throw some PBN links (High PA,DA) to your money site. Also do a tier 2 blast to your web2.0 links (using scrapebox or GSA). You will see a nice boost in ranking.

    Try some gust blogging it works a lot.
    Do blog commenting on relevant blogs
    share your blog regularly on social media sites
