Best Way to Find Open Forums with PR?

We have a large internal list at our company of forums that are open for registration and hold PR.

My question is what is everyone else doing for best practices for finding these types of forums?

We distribute the forums to our clients who want to actively participate in forums that will increase their traffic and PR.
