How can category and tags be use in a website? if for example you have a category about FOOD and then inside the page permalink url/category/food you can see there a link about PIZZA, and then you decided to create tag that has permalink url/tags/pizza you can see a link about PIZZA this two different permalink url/category/food and url/tags/pizza will go to same link which is url/PIZZA. do you think this is a DUPLICATE CONTENT?

There's no reason to use Tags. Use a Category & keep the site nav. simple.

Whoever they are doesn't know what they're talking about. A tag & category are both web pages, neither has an advantage over the other as individual web pages.

A bunch of same content internal pages (tags) isn't simple, it's confusing for both traffic & Google. Google will bury most of those same content pages in Supplemental SERPs where traffic will never find them.

        Keep the site structure simple.

Well there is no need to add TAGS into your url, only to include category in URL will define what type of content is there.

And Yes, It will be a duplicate content, Because When you submit your site map then crawlers go threw all your content weather you have same URL or different.

I think Komugi is using a WordPress platform where he has come across categories and tags if I'm not mistaken. He is looking for how to use them. Am I right?.
