Hello

Has anyone had great results with 'Scoop.it' content curation ?

How does it manage to post the images while scooping content from other web pages ?
I mean, remain in the scope of "Fair use" without violating image copyrights of owners ...

But I don't think it is easy to use copyrighted images just with attribution..
I think attribution is acceptable more for Creative common type licenses.

Also I see that the attribution on Scoop.it is more to the actual site rather than the image owner..?!

Definitely on a Scoop.it site, the content owners may not object because:
1.Their own content is shared and thereby site is exposed to extra traffic..
2.They are getting a back link from Scoop.it

But technically, I don't think this falls under "Fair use" ..?! or does it ?

I'd like to read more about how this kind of attribution works out too. New content curation websites like scoop.it seem to be popping up monthly too. I always see sites like Paper.li being used a lot, FlipBoard, Bundle, Storify, etc.
