keyword planner stopped working 2 days ago

Hi,
GKP stopped working on my computer 2 days ago and I still can't figure out the reason. There are three types of error and I attach screenshots of the problems I experience.
1/ it simply loads blank page with navigation on top.
If I'm patient enough it will load after few/few dozens of attempts and the start page of keyword planner will show up. Than once I use first option and input my "idea" comes up the page with:
2/ "Oops! We can't display search volume charts. Please try again."
and/or
3/ There was a problem retrieving ideas, please try again.
Than when I refresh the page, it says that I need to enable java, which is enabled (and other websites and apps using java work fine). Than it switches to the message:
4/ Thank you for your interest in advertising with Google. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the AdWords system is temporarily down for maintenance. Please try again in a few minutes

It doesn't work in both Chrome and FF. Also, it worked just fine and than it stopped. I haven't changed anything in settings, didn't do nothing. One minute it works, next minute it doesn't.

I tried everything that came to mind:
I re-installed java, made sure it's enabled.
I cleared whole cache (history, cookies, whole works)
I disabled pop-up blocker (both in FF and Chrome).

Did anyone else experience this kind of problem? I have urgent job to finish and this things is a huge obstacle.

I got that message that it was under maintenance yesterday but i just logged in and it seems to be working for me now.

Hmm weird. Maybe try on another computer?

  Thanks for advice mate. I did try on another computer with same results. I suspect that it's the location or something else. I changed location for 2 weeks, but first 10 days everything worked fine.

Keyword planners been playing up for me too - taken out MNF. Can do manual searches fine sometimes but Micro Niche Finder and Long Tail Pro have both gone, can barely do a thing.

  Thanks mate - but I believe right now it should be ok and it ain't on my computer The worst thing about it is not that it doesn't work, but why it stopped working if I hadn't changed anything in my settings.

And it started working properly again. I don't see any specific reason why. I haven't changed anything in settings of browsers or adwords account. It just started to work exactly the same way it stopped - mysteriously.
