    They are helpful in some way. They aren't going to increase your rankings, but they might increase your click through rates from the search engines and enhance your site's credibility, which may in turn boost your rankings since Google now monitors user behaviour.

    I can't say it'd increase your SERP in short time, but yes it indirectly impacts your website SERP, bcs if the CTR of a site increases then Google will definitely improve its ranking in SERP.

    Hey,

    From my experience, using rich snippets can greatly improve your click through rate. Also, they do aid in higher SERPs.

    As for open graph tags, I see nothing wrong with them. I went and found this article on a few tips about it.

      When your listings have the added rich snippets features they will stand out more with the added photos or other features. This will increase the clicks on your search listings receive and long-term will improve your SEO efforts by increasing rankings and overall traffic.

      And moreover rich snippet sightings have been increasing and will become much more common in the near future.

    From my Experience , Rich Snippet is the best tool to increase Click through Rate and enhance your credibility. Rich Snippet will also help to increase your visitor.But it doesn't increase your webpage ranking.
