currently it does not rank for the keyword I wanted to. is not banned, is not penalize for the keyword because today they may appear in the 25 position and then later in the night go to 255 position and then it get back to 45 or they can just disappear for a day and get back

MY QUESTION DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT CAN BE HAPPENING HERE????

Well google has multiple servers across the globe it may take a bit longer to index and always when you check it shows you results from different serves which at this particular point may have your website indexed as "45" or even "255" . Give it a little bit more time and use position trackers to watch it over a few weeks. after that period you may start to worry

    It's just a Google dance.

Ensure that the non www version of the URL redirects to the www version and stop building links to the https:// version unless your site is an SSL secure site.

This is right. Especially after the PayDay loans update, Google dance is more dramatic than it was before.

You can close your eye's and scream Google dance or you can think about what causes it, as none of the above replies even mentions that.

Wild dancing of keywords is mostly a result of either:

        - a very thin site (1-5 page sites for example)
        - lots of spammy links and over optimized anchors
        - large amounts of links build recently

If you have many spammy links there's not too much you can do to stop it besides building high authority links (try to find them ) or disavowing (wait forever).

If your site is thin then it's easy, just add more content.

Large amounts of links just added, do nothing and just wait it out.

If you build links in batches it can also occur that your rankings start to dance or freeze, the best remedy for that is not to build links at all for a month or two. Often you see the rankings stabilizing then. I see this myself quite often and waiting is a good remedy in many cases.

SEO Power hit the nail on the head.

    It's the "Google Dance"

Ensure that the non www version of the URL redirects to the www version and stop building links to the https:// version unless your site is an SSL secure site.
    Again, nail - head, bam.
