If the backlinks are good then yes its going to get a good PR.

Majestic CF/TF in this case can help you judge what PR you can expect and how strong the incoming links are.

Domains maintain their PR even if they were expired. They may lose their age, though.

look here is the domain payday-loan-onlines.us. Where do you think can be problem with that ? On majestic seo it has TF 19 and CF 17and over 7400 back links but it doesn't show any page rank. Can anyone tell me what's the problem with that domain ?

if this is the domain Pay Day Loan | Everything that you need to know about loans then in majestic I see the values to be much more -

CF 32 and TF 30 I see the 7400 links and when viewing links over the last 5 years then it shows 226,929 - is this the same website ?

nothing shows up in google for site:payday-loan-onlines.us

Yeah thats the website. I bought it about 24 hours ago.
You got TF 30 and CF 32 because you checked for url and not for the root domain (I don't know how that works)
I hope it wasn't deindexed by google...
Do you think that it's backlinks are OK ?

          Thanks

No, any site with 226,000+ backlinks is going to have spam unless there was a reason it should have that many links (media site, newspaper, government site, from a really popular movie, etc.)

Laubster is right. That many backlinks usually points to a spammy domain. Double check wih Ahrefs and Majestic SEO backlinks, and check out the backlink profile.

As long it was previously used in the payday loan niche, it has probably received a penalty. Do a site:domain.com search in Google to see if it's indexed and then search for the domain name in Google to check if it's the #1 result. I wouldn't worry too much about pagerank - it's becoming outdated really fast.

I don't worry about PR I was just confused how can site with som many back links has no PR. Do you think that links from this website still have value even though the website is not indexed in google ?

How long since you put the site back up has it not been indexed?

In that niche it could well have been penalized and now worthless.

If all these backlinks come from 1 source it is possible, sometimes a single URL can have thousands of variation, also maybe it is a sitewide/blogroll link.

It could happened if your domain was offline juste before last pagerank update.
