Any tips to get maximum benefits from domain selection along with quality content for better CTR in SERP ?

Eg.

Can I buy ebaycouponcodes*tld ?
Or that breaks copyright rules / Copyright infringements ?

Ebay is a trademarked name, so don't buy a domain with 'ebay' in it.

You don't want to buy exact match domains....these are pretty much spammy..

I would rather create an unique and brandable domainname

This is correct. However having 1-2 keywords in there will not hurt you either ; )

You people contradict yourselves. Do you actually read the question and
        replies????

If anyone was searching for internet marketing forum, geeesh! Who in their
right mind would click on warriorforum.com?!?!?!? Oh, probably the same
people who click on kayak.com for travel deals, amazon.com for books,
zillow.com for real estate.....Who are those crazy people?

Oh...real people who search the internet. Go figure.

I think sometimes we forget that real people looking for real things are
        actually using the internet.
