SEO Certification / classes / products?

Anyone know of a good (modern / post-Penguin) SEO course, product, or certification to help me get kickstarted back into the world of SEO? Ideally one that covers ALL the modern basics (organic/PPC/social, etc) as well as techniques that truly work.

I'm pretty familiar with all the basics and have been online and using (outdated) SEO practices for over 15yrs, but I'd like to learn all the more "modern" techniques that are required these days for SEO. Things have changed so much...

Thanks!

For the most part, I would just recommend reading the variety of SEO blogs that are out there. No reason to go spending a ton of money on something that is already readily available for free.

Isn't Patt Flynn the guy that was ranking self hosted pages then redirecting them to Amazon?

Something to do with security guard products, lol.

Check out www.Udemy.com, they've got a lot of good courses on there as they have a high standard for what content they'll accept.

Careful with those statistics on Udemy, most are misleading numbers.

Udemy allows authors to run discounted offers then later jack up the price so it looks like a product is very popular when it's actually a bunch of people buying heavily discounted content.

SEO social media across the world to highlight our problems is not an option. But SEO is not necessarily true. The need for better means of social communication. This means the best way we know about this forum is really helping us as a very good side.
