If authority site have 0 PR that's means I can outrank it?
for eaxmple, on the keyword "wine maker" the first site has 0 PR
It's pretty strange becuase the other sites has 5 and 4 (I'm using SEO quake)

No. Page Rank is no longer regularly updated by Google, so that site that seems to have a PR of 0 could actually have a PR of 3 or 4. Plug the site into any link research tool and analyse it's backlinks. If it has a good amount of backlinks from strong domains, then it's a pretty strong site and outranking it may not be as easy as you think.

You contradict yourself. If PR is not updated, then how could a PR0 have a PR3?

Newsflash: Google updates PR, quite regularly. Just because they don't make it known,
does not mean they don't update it.

PageRank does have something to do with traffic. Traffic from google, that is. PR is not
the end all to end all, just one part of the algorithm. Why would you discount one part
      of the algorithm?

Here's another newsflash: Backlinks are still used by google. Very much so. And PR is
      directly proportional to backlinks.

theres no contradiction the poster had it dead on and needed no correction

"site that SEEMS to have a PR of 0"

(as indicated by the tool bar as the "seem")

" could ACTUALLY have a PR of 3 or 4."

(actually referring to Google's internal not seen data)

Runs for a thesaurus, in an attempt to rebut this semantic conundrum.

          @OP

Sites don't have PR, pages do. It's the respective page from each site that is ranking. Best look at those exact urls to find out why. Or just don't sweat worrying about it so much and just get on with outranking all of them.

and if your page rank is high then you can say that your website/webpage varies frequently.
PR has nothing to do with traffic. PR measures authority.
