Looks like you're just curating content. You won't rank with that.

You aren't really curating it, either, since you aren't adding anything of value. You are just linking to other people's content. You're going to have to create unique, useful content if you want to rank.

Unless I'm missing something, you just have a site full of duplicate content.

I don't think google will penalize some one for duplicate content, they just won't show up in the results for keywords that the article originally targeted, not above the original anyways. They have said this before. Linking to other peoples content and creating your own is a better way of doing it.

Ranking a website on Google first page isn't easy as many people might think, it requires a lot of work, time and money. You need to make your website valuable and different so users become interest and link to your website and to obtain that you need to add original content that interest your visitors, you also need to optimize your website for search engines and if you can not do it, you need to hire a good search engine optimizer.

Finally you need to promote your website on forum, social sites, directories, etc.

Create backlinks for your website from same niche websites. Share your site more on social platforms to get enough amount of traffic to be viewed by most population. Use forum posting, social bookmarking and directory submission to get quality backlinks for your website.

the content must be their of your own not to keep the links from other sites that is the reason you cant get your ranking on first page of Google and with this you can get on to it very fast rather than waiting for lot of time and dont know whether our site will increase our position or not.

Well first thing you need top do is to change your content, create original and fresh content.
Next thing is to choose a good domain.
Apart from this, try to connect with social media as much as you can.
Focus on your keywords too.

I think you must first pulished useful quality content,
the duplicate content is very bad for ranking. Then get voted (links/mentions/shares, etc) to promote your site.

I have visited your site, I have some personal suggestions for you and hope they'll be helpful to you.
1. You may need to change your site title from "stay with technology" to some specific keywords such as "Latex technology news from techcrunch" or "latex technology news from engadget" or something like these. I think this may help you get higher rank since your contents are mainly from other sites....
2. If you have enough time, why not try to create unique contents that are written by yourself for your website? Google doesn't like copied contents so it is difficult for you to get higher ranks. Anyhow, good luck with your website.

As far as my knowledge is concerned if you don't have quality of content then you will not be able to rank at top in Google search results. So for ranking well in Google one should concentrate on unique, informative and quality content. This will surely help you.

You must build backlinks of course.

Have you heard about PBN`s, WEB 2.0 and tools like GSA SER ?
Mix those backlinks, boost with GSA SER and you should see results, but of course it`s content from feeds of other websites so it`s duplicate content, it will not rank as good as unique one, you should realize that ,especially on higher competition keyphrases.
