SEO of MVC Website

I have a website whose structure is based on MVC. In this structure, the coding of website is on one single home page. So can anyone please explain me that how can I add titles and meta descriptions of separate services pages on a single home page? It can be possible that I didn't properly explain my question here, so if anyone understands then please response.

    I see two options:

    1) edit framework html template file and add necessary tags manually.

    2) add functionality to framework which provides necessary additional fields where you can write and save information.

    Should see the MVC structure in order to know which option fits. Otherwise, nothing definite can not tell
