Local SEO Strategies need refresher

So I use all oldschool tactics youtube, google places, yelp, reviews, unique optimized images....Etc. ETc.

I outsource most of this and have some noobie queestions.

Is there a new playbook on this anyone has?

Can I use one login to make all of the google places and not be affected?

Well...Just operate them separately. The Internet is vulnerable to malware these days. If your login is revealed, your business could be in a great risk which will be very hard cleaning up. It makes more sense to take precaution.

So your saying login with the customers login...Create google places etc. all with their email login?
