But still google is not paying any attention towards my website? One more thing, Socia Media is also not assisting in getting traffic to site... Please Help.

Shopping carts are usually a PIA to optimize for SEO, they're very easy to break.

One option is to build a regular site that can be optimized a lot easier than a cart & put the cart on a sub-domain or another directory, example:
• shop.domain.com
• domain.com/shop

One can also attach a blog with that domain like:
domain.com/blog or
blog.domain.com

and update it regularly with fresh content, optimize and rank it easily.

First of all you need to check your website's on-page seo, so that you can find why Google is not indexing your website properly. This kind of problem maybe comes due to not uploaded sitemap, Wrong Robots file, incorrect site tittle and lake of on-page seo.

After fixed all on-page SEO, then you need to submit your website in all major search engine like Google, Yahoo, Bing and more. Also, Do local listing, Dmoz submission and high quality link building. You'll defiantly see the improvements.

Thanks,

every open cart site is using different techniques for better ranking, there is a no specific technique. research on competitors back links. Till that you can start from high PR directory & social Bookmarking sites, then go ahead as per your competitors are doing.

Be sure that your on page content is on point. Go into the 'developer tools' and make sure that your title, h1, and
content has your targeted keywords in them. In your
content make sure that you have written clean content that has a decent keyword density. I was able to get my open cart site ranking decently in less than a week. Now I am working to build links to push those rankings.

Mostly itdepends on keywords you have chosen, and their might also be a chance that your site is not indexed to your website so better if you recheck all the possibilities.
