need help with my blog's PR....

I made my blog about a month ago and I Still have no PR......so my question is:

How long does it take to get a PR?

And how can I get a High PR?

Also I Put my wordpress blog in a sub domain, and i want to put the blog on the main domain. And if possible keep all my back links.

Is that possible

      By transferring your subdomain to your main domain in order to keep all your backlinks + PR is possible. All you need is to do a permanent 301 redirect to your domain. This works for all the search engines.
