I'm going to start a new website and I plan to use a SSL Cert, is there anything I need to do when I'm ready to install wordpress and Optimizepress or do everything installs as usual?

    Learn the difference between relative & absolute URLs.

    I doubt your WP theme is using relative URLs which means you could end up with broken internal links, images, etc...
