domain with backlink to huffington post

So i have this domain that has a direct backlink from huffingtonpost.com, how much do you think this domain will sell for? Even if i dont sell it how much value could it contribute for my niche websites.

      it also has domain authority of 40+, and 2-3 links from other edu websites. not the paid kind but authentic.

    Zeehas there are many other factors that need to be taken into consideration than just a few authority backlinks. Most people look for page rank but thats not a deciding factor, and a page rank of say 2 needs to have 50 to 100 backlinks for it to rank well, also what is the domain about, is it a high traffic niche because if you cant monetize it then its worthless. Things like trust flow and citation flow should never be below 12/12. Domain and page authority needs to be at least above 20 so you have that going for you. Also is the domain indexed and shows up or has it been penalized. So you can see, people who shop and are willing to pay good money for a good domain look for a number of factors. If your domain has what people are looking for it could be worth thousands. Somewhere like expired domains dot com is a good place to do a search and see what people are charging and whats for sale.
