When Do Adwords Content Network Ads Turn On?

I added tons of adgroups to a content network campaign within adwords this morning and 6 hours later they are still not running. My account doesn't even display the average cpc for each keyword.

Please advise.

    Did you check your ad status? You may see "Pending Review" in case if its still not approved.

    If its ok wait for 24 hours to google bot explore your campaign. You should remember content network campaign is very sensitive. So dont do any major changes to start running to the full extent. Some people say it can take upto 2 weeks to google run the campaign to the full extent. I am not expert in it. But right now i am trying to establish a campaign in the content network. I hope this helps you.
