Is There a Way to Add Thousands of Keywords to Content Network Campaigns?

I know you can only post up to 50 keyword phrases per ad group in adwords adgroups, but is there a way to add keywords and adgroups faster? I have thousands of keywords and hundreds of ad groups and it's taken 6 hours today just to add 2,500 keywords and 50 ad groups.
Is there software or special way to speed up the process with the adwords panel?
