Affiliate vs Client SEO

Hey there,

So recently I've really been bitten by the SEO bug after watching Glen Allsopp free Marketing Inc. video series.

After watching those videos I have found sites like source-wave and cloudincome etc.

They are all talking about building your own Private Blog Network to rank sites very fast.

After having bad experience with Paid Traffic and Social Media, I really want to give this SEO thing a try.

The question however is: What would you recommend as being more profitable in the long term:

1. Using PBN to rank affiliate sites for CPA offers (most likely health & fitness related bc of my personal preference)

2. Using PBN to rank Clients for their keywords (Most likely clients in fitness, health & medical niches (see above)).

What path would you personally recommend for someone just getting started in this area of SEO?

Cheers

- Carsten

From my own experience I earn a lot more on clients than on affiliate products, but it`s your choice of course, affiliate offers are more accessible than clients who pays lets say 4 figures/month (: but if you find them, the effort pays off (((:. Convince them to pay you so much is a lot easier than making thousands of visitors/day to your aff offer. It`s easier to earn good money on lets say dental clinic from Chicago in comparison to earn similiar money on affiliate offer related to this niche. In the 1st case all the money landing into your pocket, in affiliate offer case you got up to 50-70% depending on aff program and the people are sceptical, conversion rate is not soo good so in my opinion it`s better to focus on build a lead generation website/s and then sell the leads, it`s much more profitable.
