redirect landing page to homepage

I have my homepage optimised for my preferred keywords. I would like to set up a number of geo-targeted landing pages 'Bespoke Hat Maker Surrey' 'Bespoke Hat maker Essex' etc.

As my homepage is not geo specific, it would make more sense for users to be redirected to this page, rather than the landing page.

Is this ethical SEO? Does Google frown upon this?

Would be good to get your thoughts

    It would be best to have each geo specific landing page stand on it's own. Google would frown on any kind of redirect scheme.

      I really like your idea. But he should work A LOT as he should create AT LEAST 50+ different landing pages... Why don't you create ONE landing page and when he CLICKS on it to redirect to a page with specific language (you can easily get the country with PHP!)
