How can i re-index my site again?

At past my site was indexed on google. Recently google sent my site to Sandbox. I am confused now what I should do at this situation!

How can I solve this and re-index my site in google?

    I am not sure about how long it takes. But during this time getting links from most relevant high ranking sites is better. It is like testing period of a site. The more quality you have the more quicker you can able to come out of it.

    Do you use Webmaster Tools? You might be able to check the status and re-submit your site using it.

    You need to find what you did wrong, if you have duplicate content, remove it, if you built low quality links, try remove them and disavow the links at webmaster tools. read and follow the webmaster guidelines criteria.

    Just stop promoting your site. Within 3-4 weeks it will be back or you may indexing again. But it may make harm of your site. Google may ban it. So its better to wait for 3-4 weeks.
