Hi,

From previous 3 days due to some strange reason that I don't know but my urls have started to get de-indexed in google. I went down from 2700 to 144 as of now.

This is the website that I am talking about: inspiring quotes | desktop backgrounds | computer backgrounds

Can someone tell me what is going on as I am very upset about it.

Thanks.

    I think I found the reason my idiot developers have added noindex in the whole website.

    Now can someone tell me should I change the noindex to index or follow or what

    I don't know that much of SEO and my website is in trouble.

    A thorough guidance is appreciated. I searched google but couldn't find a piece of note that explains what to do and how to do
    thanks.

      Change to index/follow quickly and fire those idiots and let them know they are truly idiots.

    Lol, even the pages currently indexed in Google SERPs include a noindex tag.

    Do this, in this order:
    1. Change all your passwords on your site admin/host.
    2. Fire the idiots you hired to work on your site.
    3. Remove the nodindex code below from your <head> in the HTML of your pages.

    HTML Code:
    <meta name="robots" content="noindex">
    <meta name="googlebot" content="noindex">
    [example noindex source]

    The pages you see right now in Google SERPs will all be removed from the SERPs as soon as Google crawls each individual webpage on your site.

    Fix the noindex problem ASAP. Once all the noindex is removed then go to Google Webmaster Tools & Fetch as Google and/or submit an xml sitemap to get Google to crawl those URLs again & reindex the entire site.
