Hello Experts,

In my SEO strategy, I have dedicated almost 3 keywords for each product pages. I have used these 3 keywords on title, meta keywords and meta description. Is it a good ethic or we can include some other keywords too?

Thanks,
Denor

Why just 1 keyword? We can go as per SEO guidelines and that permits to use keywords of 70 characters long and having less than 11 words.

70 Characters? I guess you are talking about the Title. And that;s the limit which Google shows in SERPs Rich Snippet.

And you can use LSI keywords instead to be away from keywords stuffing. And you can rank on them too. It will help for sure. Use Long tail Keywords in Anchor text having main/LSI keywords also.

@aadi14: Let us discuss about all segments of on-page SEO,

1- Title : I have used 3 different keywords within the limit of 11 words and 70 characters.
2- Meta keywords : I have used those 3 keywords in Meta keywords section too.
3- Meta Desc : I have written the meta description by putting those 3 keywords in center.
4- Content : The contents are written in such a way that all these 3 keywords are repeated 2-3 times.

Please let me know if I am right or wrong.

    Thanks,
    Denor

That's where you are doing over stuffing. You are using same keywords everywhere. you can use similar keywords. In Content and Meta description. For example, if your keywords are suppose "London airport taxi" then you use a combination of " Airport taxi London" this way you can rank on both and you are not over optimizing them.

      1. Is ok.
      2. Meta keywords became useless long time ago.
      3. It is ok.
      4. You can add more keywords in the content if you want to target for more, but don't exaggerate or spam.

Over stuffing of keywords will damage the site, so it is better to stuff your keywords in a proper and ruled manner.
For titles use only the high volume keywords as well as the targeted keyword, for meta description all the keyword should have to be stuffed and in the body of the content only 5 keyword is enough.

As I said in my previous post, there's nothing stuffing. Only 3 keywords on title, meta key, meta desc and body.

Google has title length displays down to 55-60 characters now or whatever will fit into a 512 pixel display. If you have a lot of wide characters in your title like say... 10 W's it will be quite a bit longer than say 10 I's

    WWWWWWWWWW
    IIIIIIIIII

    Things have changed.

@BlaineSmitley: Excellent idea. Now I got the real way of offpage optimization. Thank you so much.

As long as you keep the overall density fairly low, you can put as many different keywords into the title and description as you can fit.

However, you really need to be thinking about the users as they may not click through a title that does not read well or make much sense.

I think its more than enough. Don't try to over optimize the pages.

@Rank Watch, let us assume, I have 30 keywords to promote. All are technical keywords hence LSI doesn't become very effective with my keywords. So, for 30 keywords, I have created 10 pages so that each page could focus on 3 keywords. So, the same 3 keywords on title, meta keyword, meta description and content have been used. Please suggest me how can I alter these keywords to make my SEO efforts more productive.
