Hi
I have a website www[dot]paionow[dot]net.
My website is loading with www[dot]pationow[dot]net/outdoor-furnishings/commercial

Is it ok or i need to redirect home page like www[dot]paionow[dot]net

What are the SEO point of view issues we will face if i am not redirected this URL.

This redirect will badly affect the rankings for your website. I recommend that you use a mode re-write in your htaccess that will show the contents of outdoor-furnishings/commercial on your home page without redirecting or changing the url in the broswer address when visiting it.

My advice would be to use the home page itself as the current URL you have. You need rewrite the things in htaccess to make redirection of this page to home page. Because Google considers Domain Name Registration at Reputable Provider | Easy domain name search & lots of extras as the home page and other than that are considered internal links..

The redirect will have absolutely no ill effect on SEO, if that's the page you want.

I just can't believe the replies in this thread. Complete ignorance.
Sure, I'll get a dig to the WP wannabe webmasters. WP has created millions
of folks who can just become webmasters overnight. And yet, have no clue
      about web-mastering.

I myself redirect on website I own to another url.

It's done by countless, big, authoritative sites on a daily basis.

Normally, servers are set up to go to domain.com/index.php or /index.html,
whichever one takes precedence and exists, via server settings. One can
redirect to any other url they prefer.

Now if that's not the page you want, gettting rid of that redirect, or changing it,
is a simple matter. If you know what you are doing.

But it's not bad, crazy, stupid, or any other such nonsense.

You can redirect the page to the home page URL and stop listening to those who are saying remain on the other URL that is your category page. Do you want anyone not to come on your home page? I guess NO. So make changes, its time to do things for yourself now.
