    How old is your website?

Do you have a sitemap submitted? You can submit your sitemap, it will help index your website pages much quicker.

    1. Look at your HTML code & make sure there's not a noindex tag on the pages that aren't indexed in Google SERPs.
    2. Go to WMT & fetch each problem URL as Google (Fetch as Google).
    3. Close all your browsers, clear your browser history with CCleaner (free) & check the SERPs with an incognito browser (site:domain.com/exact-problem-url).

Fetch as Google in WMT will index pages instantly.

New domains are sometimes slow at getting indexed, odds are you don't have any authority backlinks to consistently send Googlebot back to your domain.

I paid for some link building on WF and SEO Clerks, They were DoFollow, had high PR and I cannot find the links anywhere in Majestic, MOZ, or Google Webmaster tools. Could this be the No Index tag. Would MOZ and Majestic respect the tag or would they count the links anyway.

Many of the backlinks are on PR 6 pages, you would think Google would indes them but they haven't.
I followed the links and the PR matched up but they had a long list of off topic comments on the blogs. Maybe they don't index in bad neighborhood.

If someone could let me know I would appreciate it. I don't mind spending money for links but I want the links to have value.

First place I would check is under Settings => Reading

There is an option that says "Discourage search engines from indexing this site". Make sure that box is not checked.

From there, I would visit pages that are not indexed, hit Control + U to bring up the source code and do a search for any noindex tags. If you find any, you probably need to go into the settings for those particular pages or posts.

I didn't say broken links, I said noindex HTML tags.

WMT will not show an error for a noindex tag, you have to manually look at your webage HTML source code to see If that's the problem.

You could also run Screaming Frog free version on a small site & check for noindex tags but nothing will beat manually looking at the HTML source code for proof of a noindex tag.

Noindex might not even be the problem though I've seen it happen so many times on this forum I've lost count.

Build good links to a few those pages, ping those links

    ------

Load the pages that aren't indexed.

    Check the source code [CTRL]+[U]

    Search for "noindex"

    ------

Manually add the URLs via Google Webmaster Tools -- Site Dashboard > Crawl > Fetch as Google

Do a round of pings on the URLs for good measure

Should be indexed in 48 hours

That's not the reason why your entire site hasn't been indexed. Log into your webmaster tools account and fetch some of the pages that haven't been indexed. If the fetch is completed successfully, that would mean that they are accessible by Google and therefore can be indexed.

Since your site isn't old or established, the issue might be as a result of insufficient backlinks. Build more links to your site, particularly to the pages that are not appearing in the results and make sure pages of your site are properly interlinked with each other.

Fetching all your pages via WMT should do the trick. Just check your no follow tags as suggested by Yukon. Aside from that, really no reason your site shouldn't he indexed by now.

A sitemap helps Google stay up to date when you make a new post, to crawl for your pages, and even for comments, as this video explains. I went into Google and typed in Wordpress Sitemap plug in, and this is what I got. Enjoy.

Why! Do! You! Put! An! Exclamation! Mark! After! Almost! Every! Subject! Of! Every! Thread! You! Post! It's! Not! Needed! And! Annoying! Furthermore! Why! Do! You! Only! Wait! About! An! Hour! Before! Immediately! Demanding! Someone! Help! You! This! Is! The! Second! Thread! You've! Done! It! In! That! I! Know! Of! Although! There! Are! Probably! Others!

    Anyways,

Internal link structure - make sure the posts/pages aren't orphaned.
    Fetch/Sitemap Submission - obviously.
    Backlinks - of course.

What's the status of your RSS Feed? Do you have a link to it on your homepage?

How reliable is your hosting? What has the up-time been like and do they limit Googlebot in any way to save on traffic demands?

Look, let's just put this out there - your problems aren't this important:

Why don't you create another thread with exclamation marks and then cry when nobody responds to you in 45 minutes...?

For making your site visible in Google search engine you have to do some tactics that will help you in indexing.
    Such important things are :
    Sitemap
    Robot.txt
    All in SEO pack,
    Meta description,
    Title tags.
These are the few things that you must have to take care of.
Another important thing is indexing, index you site properly, there are many sites through which you can index your site.
