When you target you competitor's name for example and you don't want to write his name in the ad text, you get a low ad rank, how can you improve it?

I don't understand your calculations. you measure cpm on one ad, you don't add up several ads. Also, if propeller gave you $3 cpm then you can get even more with admaven.

I think most networks will accept this kind of site (i'm surprised Adcash doesn't). I personally prefer AdMaven because they give me the best CPM. You can also try Mgid and Popwin.
