All aspect ratios must match. Your footage has to be shot and edited in 16:9 aspect ratio to avoid looking stretched. You may have to start over.

There are free ones you should be able to add it from your server such as Simple Machines. If you want a paid version check out vBulletin. Add the forum to your site by putting it in a subfolder.
