Wordpress if you want an easy almost turnkey solution, Drupal if you want to get your hands dirty and build "real" sites instead of Lego ones.

For manual Spintax checking use "Notepad++" (Windows), it's an open source text editor and will highlight open braces, and brace pairs etc.

Out of the box, "Ctrl + B" will jump between brace...

Assuming you mean money sites, and for some reason I could not get my team working on them then I would use "autopilot" content, forums, blogs etc.
