The problem is that there are so many of them,virtually for every page there is one with that extension.

And how would I request to index these pages?...

WMT shows 90 duplicate description and 70 duplicate title tag. But the problem is that the duplicate are not actually a different page. They all have the .mobify extension which I assume has...
