Completely agree.

One of the best products I've ever come across for WP but completely let down by basic support. Need to employ the services of a WP expert just to iron out the bugs.

I just purchased a copy and got no email with login deets. Additionally this happened to a large number of customer on my lists when I had previously promoted products that also used Profit Builder...
