Aweber is now offering a free email autoresponder

Aweber is now offering a Free Email Autoresponder.

For years Aweber and GetResponse have been the top two email autoresponders recommended to members on this forum.

This is the first Free Email Autoresponder offered by Aweber. In the past, Aweber offered a free trial. That is no longer available.

To my knowledge GetResponse does not offer a free email autoresponder at this date. At present, GetResponse still offers a free trial.

Hopefully that will change now that their competitor is offering a email autoresponder for free.

Check Aweber out at Aweber (not affiliated).

You are right and it is also great for people on a budget because you start with zero costs and can always upgrade at a later date when the subscriber list exceeds 500 subs.

Hopefully, GetResponse makes a better offer. The two leading ARs in a battle makes my toes wiggle, lol.

Interesting indeed. I will check into it but right now I build a website with Mailpoet plugin for WP and their free plan is pretty good actually, so far so good.

That are great news for beginners. Makes it easier to start building a list and also for affiliates to promote Aweber.

You can look at this a couple of different ways

If you are serious about email marketing getting yourself to 500 subscribers can be a very quick endeavor. A couple of good solo ads or good conversions on some paid ads can get you to 500 subscribers in a week, easily, then you are paying. In this case I would rather have the 30 days free

You might want to use the 30 day free trial period to learn the product, in the case of the 30 days free you can have access to all the features while totally free until 500 subscribers there are limitations on what you can access, so again the 30 day trial might be better.

On the other hand, if you are like many here that have grand ideas then just peter out after a week or 2 then come back 6 months later with renewed vigor to only dabble for a few more weeks then the totally free service is perfect for you

Did You Get A Free Aweber Account Yet? Now With Push Notifications!
By Willie Crawford September 10, 2020

Aweber is on the verge of releasing push notification with all
accounts including the free ones ;-)

    What are web push notifications?

"Web push notifications are a real-time way to engage people with
your business' products or services. Think of them as triggered
alerts for web browsing. When a web push notification subscriber
is browsing online, they can receive an offer or message in real
time from your business via AWeber.

Web push notification subscribers do not need to be in their inboxes
or on your website to receive the notification - they just need to be
online. This gives you another way to reach your audience where
they are and talk to them about what they're most interested in."

Create an email A/B test to increase your open and click rates

Email A/B testing, also known as split testing, is an awesome way to increase your open rates, click-through rates, and sales.

With email A/B testing, you can create and send different versions of an email to smaller percentages of subscribers to determine which one performs best. Then you can send the winning version to the remainder of your subscribers.

Watch this 7-minute video to learn how to create an email split test in AWeber.

Email split testing is available to all AWeber Pro users.
Check out our Ultimate Guide to Email A/B Testing to learn more.
