No offend, but this ebook simply contains some various free info like "you must build backlinks" and "use google keyword tool".......... I hope you didnt waste too much time copy and pasting this stuff....

If you had read the ebook, Chris actually has a link to his auction site in there for all to see.I saw his original post when he sold the site and he seemed pretty excited about it, people were asking him to document his experience and he has graciously done so.
Now it seems like there are people giving out glasses of haterade.

Guys please don't go by the flashy figures being displayed and spend money on the ebook which will mostly have info which any enthusiast whoz trying to make money online would have already known it...... as rightly pointed out by colin...chris it would be good if you could show us the link to your flippa account !

In your recap you mentioned "earns $4,000 per month consistently and spikes for far more". If you're doing that and you find a good buyer, you should be able to get more than $50,000 for the site. With 6 months to a years worth of history, you could probably get $75k-$100k for a site like that. If anyone has a site like that they'd like to sell for $50k, contact me!

For success there no other secret like this: "Build a site, put there content that people love to see or read. Make an effective sales funnel. And work hard for this.". I don't know why all of you wasting time by finding other secret recipes.

Congratulations! I'm very jealous. I can't sell a site on Flippa for more than $60. I would freak if I sold a site for $50,000. Well, I would freak if I sold one for $300, lol.
