Hello,

In what order do you think Google give preferences to search engine rankings for the following top level domain?

Here is a list compiled to Seomoz going from the most preferred top level domain extension to the least:

com
org
net
gov
edu
co.uk
info
us
biz
ca
tv
cc
com.au
fm
me
eu
de
tx.us
ws
ny.us

Do you think this list is accurate or do you think google has a different order of preferred top level domains when it comes to ranking on the search engines?

    I think that just from heresay that .edu and .gov should be at the top of the list due to the higher PR power. Anytime you buy a backlinking package they promote those two extensively. Just my opinion

    edu and gov should be right at the top. Anytime U see a .edu or .gov site, its PR is a minimum 5 or 6 !!
