I think I will buy it if the price is reasonable. However, I have a question: The deleted domains cannot be bought at low price since they're listed in the site you gave. How do we go about it. Can you PM me example please?

The price for deleted domain is the same as the price for new one ($3 now on godaddy with coupons). So you need just pick up some cool deleted domain (I prefer justdropped.com for it) with backlinks (check them on majesticseo.com). For example I made a search literally a couple of minutes ago and found some cool available domains for Golf niche:

AllGolfingTips.com - 361 Backlinks
ExclusiveGolfTips.com - 120 Backlinks
LearnProGolfTips.com - 96 Backlinks

There is a little risk to lose money on listing fee if your site will not sold I was in such situation 3-4 times but after relist my sites always sells, so I always return my money back. With new Flippa's policy it's only $9 to list a new site and just $5 to relist.

Hi! It's obvious, mate If your site is new, it has not generate money yet. This type of sites also known as turnkey sites so you just sell the site that ready to make money. Your buyer can earn money with such blog in numerous ways like clickbank affiliate commissions, ebook selling, adsense earnings or amazon commission...

Hi I'm a nubie to the forum and trying to find a niche that works for me. I have been researching this idea but, backed away as I have not information on once a site is sold what to do to get all of my information transferred over to the new buyer. Can you offer any advice on this or steer me in the right direction to get good information. Thank you.

After the site is sold just transfer the domain (if you registered it on GoDaddy, just push it to your buyer's account) and blog (for this use the Duplicator plugin, which installed on all my PLR blogs and which allows to transfer WP site in few clicks).

I'm new to the concept of selling on Flippa, so I have a few questions though - I noticed the websites you sold had thousands of backlinks - how did you get them? What timeframe are we looking at before the site is ready to sell, backlinks and all? Will identical sites sell on Flippa? I'm wondering if a "rinse and repeat" strategy will make money, or no one will buy my site if they've seen it before?

Hello Sheila,

I search for deleted domains which already have backlinks.
For example, I did the search for golf domains and found the next one:
insidegolftips.com - 967 backlinks (https://www.majesticseo.com/reports/...exDataSource=H)
To avoid duplicate designs I change the color scheme, featured images, slides in slide show, and color scheme in my theme, so all my sites look different.

How could you have transfer a domain to a new owner within such a short period of time?

Isn't it that you have to wait for 60 days before you can transfer a domain name?

You don't need to wait 60 days. With Godaddy, you can transfer the domain even in the same day of purchasing.
