    I am pleased that people are finding this helpful.

    With blogs, it does sometimes take quite a while before you see much traffic, but once it does start coming in, it can come in for a long time, with little extra effort.

    I started a diet blog a couple of years ago and I needed to post about twenty articles before I saw much traffic.

    I then started to do on page linking as explained in my report, and posting one article a week and a lot of my articles went to the top of Google and I started to receive much more traffic.

    The good thing about this was that the articles were only about 100 - 150 words in length.

    So if you think it will be difficult to post an article a week, I am sure everyone will find it well within their capabilities.

    One thing a lot of successful bloggers do is set a reminder to post on one day each week. This way you get into the habit of posting and your readers will be looking out for it.
