just wondering how much a anime related 115k liked facebook page would sell for?

That would depend on a lot of factors. Such as... Are the likes legit? Is the page still active with a lot of regular commentors? Is the "anime" program still popular to a certain group of people?

likes are 100% legit we get over 100 comments and like 50+ shares on certain posts program is popular season 2 is coming soon.

If you could let us know the demographic, we'd decide this easier, as there are a lot of factors which are required to estimate it's worth.

Also how old is this Fanpage?

if those fans are mostly from US,and 100% real, it should worth at-least 1000$

Surprised you don't get a ton more than that ... especially for 115k fans

I currently have only 2,500 fans and hit those numbers every now and then with status / picture updates

Then again, anime may not be the 'hugest' niche out there.

If I were you I wouldn't sell it, or if you did, at least ask for a LOT of money, and I am not talking about a couple grand either.

Building up that many likes takes a massive amount of time and or money (if you use advertising)

It is not really just the size it is how responsive it is, and what type of content they have been created around.

For example if you have created a Fan page around the topic of castles and you have been creating it just on Flickr pictures once every two months... no matter how big it is you wont get as much as a Facebook page created around golf with 1000 fans created around original content posted constantly and with some affiliate offers that have made already money.

It depends on how active the site is and what's is growth rate. Are you getting more likes than unlikes?

2k likes+ a week sometimes 1k+ a day if we post good content.

I have highly targeted, high engagement pages and my fans are worth around 5 cents each a month from commissions from affiliate links I post on my fan pages. Their worth decreases with time of course.

Since most FB pages have horrible engagement numbers, un-targeted fans, and terrible affiliate marketing strategies, I'd doubt that the fans here are even worth 1 cent each per month. So, very unlikely that OP's page churns out even $1k a month using a CPS business model.

$1000 would be a good estimate then. A fanpage isn't worth much as people aren't looking to bring out their wallets on fb.

This is a terrible generalization. I have over 20 pages and have all my fans quantified based on a good sample size of purchases by them via my affiliate links. People do buy via FB. On my own pages I am getting around 1% CTR on affiliate links and a 3% conversion rate.

You should've been more specific then. I assumed you had an entertainment site as those generally drive likes fast. It'll depend on the category of course.
