I am building a promotional music channel on YouTube and have an associated Facebook Page for the channel. Building my channel depends on being able to network with artists that want symbiotic promotion. I can't FOR THE LIFE OF ME figure out how to tag another page in a post on my page. Yes, I know how to tag normally. But if I want to tag a musician's page in a post I'm making on my channel page, it won't work. I've 'liked' the person I'm trying to tag as my page and it didn't work. Any help appreciated |

It can be tricky trying to tag a fan page. First of all if you are trying to do it on a mobile platform good luck! Most likely it wont happen. But in theory you should be able to do the "@" symbol and it should appear. Otherwise you can always get a url shortner and use the page url? Quote:

Just a heads up:if you tag a fan page from your fan page, that fan page won't be notified. So it's useless to tag a page in order to get their attention. That said, all u do is add the @ symbol first and start typing the page's name in the status box. |
