Anyone else have this problem with facebook?

For some reason Facebook will not approve my lead capture page privacy policy despite having it edited and rewritten at least 4 times and then completely changing it.

Despite these massive changes, they STILL won't approve my privacy policy.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Does anyone have a policy that's been approved by Facebook that I could buy from them and just plug in my company info?

Any help would be immensely helpful as I'm extremely frustrated by Zuckerberg's company.
